- 4A 75% refund of the amount paid is issued if you cancel the trip more than 30 days before the trek.

Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM). Private tourist vehicle transfer to your hotel in Thamel. Meet at Karma Nepal office for trip briefing with your trip leader, followed by an authentic Nepalese cultural dance performance and dinner.

How to Prepare for the Everest Base Camp Trek
Physical Preparation
Start increasing strength and cardiovascular endurance 2-3 months prior. Practice weekly hill walks wearing a backpack loaded with 6 to 12 kg. Leg strength and lung capacity are key at higher altitudes where oxygen levels drop.
Mental Preparation
EBC is a multi-day high-altitude trek. Be prepared for changing weather conditions, basic mountain tea house amenities, and high altitude walking.
Important Note on Pacing:
No need to feel overwhelmed! Professional athlete fitness is NOT mandatory. Our team goes with the flow and will adjust the pace slowly and safely according to your personal comfort and convenience.
